The Mojo Birds are a funky flock.  

Groove-Driven Americana - inspired by the likes of The Band, a touch of Al Green, and a healthy dose of Afro-Peruvian Mojo!

LONG BIO:

Mojo Birds formed their funky flock in Durango, Colorado, bringing together musicians from across the country and around the world.  The result is a tight-knit, groove-first sound built for celebration—rootsy, soulful, feel-good, with a little Afro-Peruvian spice.

Their self-titled debut album, Mojo Birds (released January 2026), was produced by Jano Rix (The Wood Brothers) and engineered by Brook Sutton in Nashville, Tennessee. Recorded largely live in studio, it captures the band’s raw, high-energy built for the stage.
