Mojo Birds

Mojo Birds are a funky flock of music-makers based in Durango, Colorado, but who hail from across the country and the world. The result is a celebratory, joyful, groove-driven party, a mix of roots-heavy soul, gospel-inflected harmonies, and a touch of Afro-Peruvian mojo.  In January 2026 Mojo Birds release their self-titled debut album, Mojo Birds, recorded in Nashville, Tennessee, and produced by Jano Rix of The Wood Brothers. Recorded live in the studio, the album wonderfully captures Mojo Bird’s live energy. On record and on stage, Mojo Bird’s multi-part vocal harmonies, sing-along choruses, and Americana funk seize the soul and get you moving before you even know what hit you.
